In Februrary 2024, Humatica, a specialist consulting firm in the areas of organizational effectiveness was engaged to assess the state of leadership succession and provide recommendations for the Distribution Group, a key business unit in Apex Healthcare Berhad, a publicly listed pharmaceutical group headquartered in Malaysia, with operating subsidiaries in Malaysia and Singapore, and a commercial presence in over 20 countries worldwide.
