2023 marks Humatica’s 20th anniversary. From humble beginnings, but with a powerful idea to quantify the behaviors and management practices that drive value creation, the firm has grown to become the leader in organizational transformation for private equity backed companies.
Founded in Zurich in 2003, Humatica has completed hundreds of organizational effectiveness projects for nearly 200 portfolio companies and more than 40 private equity funds. Private equity has grown and industrialized since the firm was founded. Investors are putting more effort into operational improvements to improve the value of buy-outs they invest in. Humatica has benefited from this on-going industry trend as organizational effectiveness and performance are the foundation for operating improvements.
Andros Payne, Managing Partner of Humatica commented:
“The only unexpected thing about Humatica’s development over the past 20 years is that there is NO unexpected thing. The unique hard-facts transparency we bring to the soft-factors that drive value creation is new. It has taken time for private equity to embrace the power of behavioral benchmarking to resolve organizational bottlenecks that hinder value creation. However, we are pleased to see that it’s now becoming standard practice with leading funds”.
