Melissa brings extensive experience in driving organizational transformation and leadership effectiveness across global businesses, both as an executive and as a private equity investor. Her expertise aligns with Humatica’s mission to help private equity firms and their portfolio companies achieve sustainable value creation through organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
During her career, Melissa has held international senior executive roles in tech and professional services firms. She has over 10 years private equity experience as a pioneer Human Capital Operating Partner in the US, where she successfully led portfolio company initiatives focused on talent strategy, change management, and operational improvement. She previously served as Managing Director, Talent & Diversity at GTCR and as Human Capital operating partner for Baird Capital. Melissa’s comprehensive understanding of organizational performance in the private equity context and previous experience as a client makes her a perfect addition to Humatica’s team as the firm expands its footprint in the US.
